Changes

Big things are happening to me, I'm moving out for the first time. No i'm not moving out now. But four months from now. You see I am getting married!!!!!!!! Woot! I am super excited! I am probably going to drive everyone crazy. But mostly Micah. Its okay he completely understands! You see he feels the same way. Its crazy to think that I'm finally getting married! Not that I am old. Because I still have a while to go before I hit 30.

I have been engaged for a week and a couple days not too long. But I will say, its already dragging. Maybe its because I haven't really done too much yet because my mom has been out of town. I am going dress shopping on saturday and I can't wait!!!!!!!

I can't remember the moment I was like "OH MY GOSH I WANT TO MARRY THIS KID" but I knew I was smitten on the 2nd date. We didn't do anything way different. But we just talked all night. For the whole date. It was nice to be able to get to know him fast.

Now I know most girls if not all feel like they are the luckiest girl on the planet. And I won't try to tell you that you are not because I am the luckiest. Because non of you would agree with me. There fore it would be a waste of time. But I will tell you why I believe I am the luckiest girl.

Micah is incredible. Everything he does for me just screams i love you! I will recieve a completely random text even in the middle of a conversation that says i miss you :( or i love you! He will talk to me about kids (they are at least a year away after we get married) and tell me how bad he wants cute little Micahs running around. He told me he plans on paying off my student loans as soon as we get married. All at once with out batting a eye. He has already been saving up to do this. He wants me to get the dress of my dreams. And if i don't have enough money for it, let him know and he will help me out. He does not want me to settle for a dress that i don't absolutely love.

When we went ring shopping, I was a little worried that he would not make my ring. I asked him one day if he was going to. He said he was hoping he could i said well i want you too. So he made it. I was a little inpatient about the whole thing and he understood. I eventually got it and i love it!!!!!!!!!!! So many people love to grab my hand and show it to others and then tell them how my Fiance made it. It makes me laugh. But i love showing it off and bragging about it.

There is so much more about this kid. Like how happy he makes me. Seriously this kid will turn a bad day into a great one in seconds. He can not tell a lie. And if he does you can totally tell when he is, when you call him out on it he says i can't lie okay! His personality is just like mine. It freaks his family out to see how much we are alike. He truly is my other half. He completes me. I could go on and on and into details but i won't bore you. Maybe i will eventually write our story in "chapters" on here. But for now i will leave you with a picture of my gorgeous ring he made just for me. One of a kind.

Organic food makes you feel so good? I figured this out tonight. Micah's dad, Gary, is a pharmacist. He just throws medicine in the trash. He opens the bottle and dumps the medicine in. Micah said that his dad does not trust the cops anymore. So Micah was saying that the medicine just ends up at the land fill. I said oh so it ends up in the land fill in out dirt. IT MAKES SENSE! no wonder why organic stuff makes us feel so good, it was grown in dirt that has different medicines in them! hahahaha oh it was funny! So there you go! You now know why oraginic food makes you feel so good.

Slacking

Oh dear, I have been slacking majorly lately! I need to get back in the groove.

The other day I realized my blog is a year old. To date my blog is exactly 1 year and 5 months old. Happy Birthday Blog!

I was just reading past posts, while waiting to fall asleep, (okay okay I have gotten in a bad habit and cannot fall asleep now with out talking to Micah while falling asleep) exactly 1 year to the day after my grandma told me I need to marry into money so I can afford to travel down every other week to style her hair, she is finally making that move. Thats right, I posted that advice the day I received it. She is finally moving down south on January 21, 2012.

Micah is the best, tonight after telling me he is going to a movie with friends I sent him a text saying "Micah?" right after that sent I got a text that looked like this. "Can I still call you after I get home and in bed so we can fall asleep together?" (our nightly routine) literally seconds after I sent the "Micah?" text. He also replied with "yes!" I said "Wow! Crazy! I was going to ask if you would still call me when you get home even if you have to call a couple times to wake me up?" that right there is proof that great minds DO think alike!

I got a temporary full time job up at LDS hospital. In the front lobby! I have my own office for four weeks. Literally my own office! I feel "grown up"

I wear my snowflake necklace everyday that Micah made for me for Christmas that is in fact, real white gold and has a real diamond in the middle! (having a boyfriend that makes jewelry does have its advantages ;) TOTALLY KIDDING MICAH! not that he reads this) I think I have only missed wearing the thing 3 times since Christmas, and thats because it was a cleaning day.

I need something else like a heart (hint hint) to wear, a snowflake only lasts so long! But I love wearing it! I love that when People ask about it I can say my boyfriend made it.

We went to the car show this weekend. I came home and dreamt about driving a brand new car. Obviously it was a bad idea for me to go to the car show. I told Micah thats what I dreamt about. he laughed, said I would, then proceeded to ask what car it was. It was the new legacy. Lucky him, you suburu lover you, your welcome!

Taste of India is GOOD but over priced for how much food you get.

I hate the winter! Its to dang cold all the time!

I need to do a more detailed update. But I will when I don't have to wake up at 5:30 am for work :)

Oh my GOODNESS!

So here's a little back ground for this post! First thing you need to know is that I have a brother who is in med school in Arizona. Second thing you need to know is we have a couple Christmas traditions in this family that we look forward to more then opening presents. Lets start off with our Christmas Eve traditions. We like to go to this German delicatessen downtown called Siegfrieds. It's so good! Then on Christmas morning after presents. We eat pigs in a blanket. Not literally pig but little smokies wrapped up in biscut dough. So last year at siegfrieds Brinton was saying that he will fly up long enough to go to Siegfreids and then fly home. Totally joking right? Right!

Yesterday coming home from shopping my mom, we were talking about how Brinton is just going to have to deal with eating pigs in a Blanket at home in Arizona. But Becky being the good kind loving wife that she is tried making them when they lived in salt lake on Christmas morning one year. Brinton didn't like them. They weren't the same as the ones at moms house. Even though they were the exact same thing. I was saying how seigfreids is going to be dull this year as well with out them here. And left it at that because they are in med school and everything.

Well today I was saying to my mom and Micah how cool it would be if they were to just show up and surprise us for christmas! But knew it wouldn't happen.

Tonight Brinton called my house phone, which in its self is kinda odd. But my mom had gone to the Christmas concert so her phone wasn't on. So I guess it's not that weird for him to call the house phone. But when I was talking to him he was unusually happy sounding. Not that he isnt every happy because he is, but he just is sidetracked ALOT with med school. So talking to him is kinda boring. (don't worry I already told him this) I though it was odd he was that happy sounding but left it at that.

Me and Micah went to go see Hugo, which by the way was so long and boring, I don't really recommend it, I got a text from Brinton asking what movie we went to see so I told him. And he asked why I was texting in the movie I said cuz he texted and asked me. Odd incident with Brinton number two tonight. I then eventually get a text from Becky and it said "dane needs a haircut, wish you were here to cut it for us" and then I had a picture message from her and figured it was a picture of Dane and his long hair. But it was captions and I mean here as in your house. I was a little confused but didn't think much more of it. The picture was of my mom and the kids. I was kinda more confused because my mom had on the sweater that she wore to the concert but figured it was a just a coincidence. The. I caught on! BRINTON AND BECKY REALLY CAME FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it. I had literally said how cool it would be for them to show up and surprise us just hours before! Little did I know....they were already in town!!!!! They were up at Becky's family party in Layton since noon. I texted Becky and said "ARE YOU GUYS REALLY HERE????????????" she said yes!!!!! I freaked out a little in the movie haha. I'm sure Micah thought I was a little crazy!

Anyways so the movie ended and I got home and the kids were just going down to bed. But I pulled them out to give them hugs and tucked them back in bed. Ha oh my BEST GIFT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have really missed those kids lately like crazy so for them to be here right now is beyond excitement!

They are currently asleep up in my room and I am kicked out, luckily we have a spare mattress now so I can zonk out on that. Dane let me know that I wasn't sleeping in my room and that grandma was haha cute kid. I could not get mad at him for saying that. Lol as much of a bum deal that it is. Lol

Anyways it's two in the morning and I am wide awake from excitement! Watching 19 kids and counting! Too bad Micah's not here to enjoy it with Me! Ha jk he HATES this show!
